A Channeled Message for April has come through me recently to assist us all on our spiritual path. The following is the message that I heard from within.

"Stay ever present to the world yet do not lose sight of your divine purpose here on the earth. More diligence is needed to traverse this path of balancing the world of earth and the spirit realm.
When one is so caught up in the material plane and it's entrapments you so easily forget who you are - spirit. The needs of the worldly plane are different from that of the spirit. Keep one foot in each world with no attachement. Very delicate balance to be in the world yet not of it.
Feed your soul through your daily practices of prayer, meditation, yoga, walking in nature, writing, expressing your creative passions. Keep the thoughts positive and do not give attention to limiting, fear-based thoughts. For you are here to remember who you truly are - SPIRIT. Your essence is LOVE. Now go express your essence of LOVE to the world."

Meditation

We all have the ability to receive messages from the divine. The place to begin is meditation by listening to God through the still small voice within. Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is your special time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.

In meditation you keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again. Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated in meditation.

You honor your spirit with the practice of meditation which is done each day so that it becomes a part of your routine and you. You begin to reap the many benefits that result from this daily practice which is primarily connecting to your true essence - divinity itself.

The practice of meditation is is about progress not perfection. Be patient with yourself. Each of us has our own individual experience so be present to what you see and feel in the moment.

What messages are you receiving from God to guide you are your path? We receive messages in many ways. What is your intuition or your dreams telling you? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth as you are set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true freedom.

The channeled information she receives during and intuitive reading is spiritual, yet very practical. Reiki Training & Reiki Healing

In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
