If you have checked the diet and nutrition section of a bookstore lately, I think youll agree that most of the books are either too technical, too long, too boring, or their programs are too difficult to realistically be useful on a daily basis. However this book really delivers. Its easy to read, easy to understand and the Fast Track Food Prep System is easy for anyone to incorporate into their busy schedule. I have tried some of the recipes and they are tasty and easy to make. There is also a 15-minute video by the author that demonstrates how its done. Finally, healthy fast food is a reality!

This book also makes it clear as to what foods are best to eat and there is a chapter offering some practical ways to determine what real foods are best for individual body types. This is a book you can really use to help you eat better and live better.
