Each moment of your life describes who you are and gives you an opportunity to decide if that’s who you want to be. The world we see is defined only by our perceptions of it, and who we see ourselves to be in it. Those perceptions come from our internal makeup, so how we see ourselves and the world from within has everything to do with who we believe we are. It really does all come down to a matter of choice.

Each of us is blessed with a range of emotions, all serving a purpose to us, yet down at our very core all choices are made from either fear or love. Though fear has many positive purposes, the main one being to protect us from danger, most people are trained to fear situations that are not life-threatening, and due to our conditioned responses, we treat many everyday situations as such.

When we make our choices coming from a place of fear we become victims in life, waiting until things happen to us, and while we wait, we remain on the defensive to life.

When we choose from love we are proactive, consciously making decisions based on what we want, and not on what we want to avoid. When we make choices coming from a place of love, we become the leaders of our world and, more importantly, of our lives.

Who are you today? Who do you want to be? This week, when faced with a choice, clear your mind, relax, and choose from love.

Choose to:

be fearless
be who you want to be
and begin to create the world and life you honestly desire.
