Rx for maxing body fat loss.

1. Change your thoughts (and mental attitude) to "positive past tense": "I have lost all the body fat I wanted to lose. I am fit, Trim, Healthy, NOW!"
Repeat this as a mantra morning noon and night. Make up a little jingle to sing it to. Don't laugh, it WILL stick with you!

2. Have a "White 'Sail'". Everything in your pantry that is white (sugary foods, breads, flour, whole milk, crackers) sails out into the trash can! Now replace it all with whole grain items, fruits and nonfat or soy milk.

3. Every day, three times a day: 10 full body push ups, 25 ab crunches, 30 minutes of brisk walking.

4. Drink 16 ounces of water with every meal and between every meal.
